My CV

A highly experienced designer with 8 years agency experience operating in a fast-paced environment.

Jan 2021 – April 2024

CI&T, a global NYSE listed digital agency

Designer

Following the acquisition of Somo to CI&T I was retained as the senior EMEA designer to support the marketing and sales teams across the region. CI&T are over 6,000 people globally and the region I supported was around 400 people. The marketing and sales team supported the efforts to grow the agency by winning new clients and developing existing accounts.

My remit covered everything from creating from scratch pitch decks, RFP responses, case studies and day-to-day presentations for the senior executive team often under challenging time-frames. I have therefore developed the ability to manage multiple workloads in a time pressured environment as well as ensuring the quality and consistency of the brand was always award winning to cut-through against competitors.

I also managed all the marketing activities which supported in raising the brand of CI&T as well as collateral for new business initiatives. This encompasses everything from white papers, social media assets, event materials and continuous development and enhancement of the CI&T brand across the EMEA region.

April 2019 – Jan 2021

Somo, an independent digital product agency

Associate Designer

Somo was a rapidly growing independent agency setting up its first marketing function when I was appointed to be the core designer. Initially as part of a small team which grew to 10 people I was responsible for the development of the Somo brand (both internally and externally) with the support of the Creative Director and developed Somo’s first suite of fully branded new business materials. Somo was acquired by CI&T where I have been retained as part of the EMEA team.

November 2017 – March 2019

Freelance Designer

I wanted to develop my experience by working for companies directly on their brand. During this time I was hired to develop brand guidelines, retail branding, promotional sales materials and in-retail merchandising assets from menus to signage for a number of food and beverage and retail brands.

I also had a 3-month contract working for the MAA, the UK’s trade body representing independent agencies. I developed a refreshed look and feel of the brand which fed into a new corporate brochure used for the recruitment of new members. I also had responsibility for all marketing materials for the Do Different Awards which included booking forms, finalist assets (for print and online) as well as the finalist brochure.

October 2016 – October 2017
The BIO agency, a digital transformation agency

Junior Designer

I was appointed for a 1-year graduate placement which enabled me to put into practice the skills I had learnt at college. I worked within the creative function across both client and agency work shadowing senior colleagues who supported me to develop my experience in art direction, illustration and branding.
