Introducing Flow
CI&T/FLOW is an AI-powered platform, that combines a set of tech boosters with business principles and leadership models, to unleash hyper productivity for the enterprise world. This was first presented to us on the New York stock exchange a few months after the integration. Since then there has been a lot of confusion as to what FLOW is and how we should be selling it to our clients. After discussing this the creative director, we soon came to the realise that not only was FLOW hella confusing so was the look & feel, the existing aesthetics would not align with the preferences and expectations of the UK market audience.
No brief was given I used my own initiative over a period that I wasn't busy, but the objective was to ensure consistency using specific design elements that were most prominent and making it more relatable to our audience here in the UK.
The new FLOW look and feel was very well received by the creative director in EMEA but also the brand director that initially created FLOW with him saying "This is very good, I'd like you to go on and present this to relevant senior teams and get this rolled out globally as FLOW 1.0"
